We're looking for a

standout Bartender

to join our friendly and fast-paced team -- someone who brings energy, warmth, and that little bit of magic behind the bar. Whether you're shaking up cocktails, pouring the perfect pint, or chatting to a regular, you'll be a big part of what makes Almondsbury Creative such a special place.

What You'll Be Doing:

Creating memorable experiences for guests with outstanding service and a friendly smile Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard - from classic beers to seasonal specials Keeping the bar area clean, organised and fully stocked Supporting live events, private hires and busy weekends with energy and professionalism Being a welcoming face in the venue - building relationships with locals, regulars, and first-timers alike

What We're Looking For:

A people person with a passion for great service Someone reliable, enthusiastic and ready to work as part of a close-knit team Experience behind the bar is a plus, but we're happy to train the right personality Calm under pressure, quick to learn, and always ready to lend a hand A love of music, events, and creating a brilliant atmosphere for all
