As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Your ability to manage time effectively and adhere to food safety standards will be crucial in maintaining our high-quality service.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored. Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, and garnishes, placing orders as necessary to ensure stock availability. Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred, with specific bartending experience being highly advantageous. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods. Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards within the bar area. A friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members alike.
