Located on Ocean Boulevard, the Boulevard Hotel is a luxury 5-star seafront hotel at Pleasure Beach Resort.

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour is essential in creating memorable experiences for our patrons.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Monitor customer behaviour and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with local regulations. Process payments accurately. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Uphold food safety standards and maintain a clean working environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and hospitality. Knowledge of food safety practices and health regulations related to beverage preparation. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
