Peppermint is a stylish and fun cocktail bar situated on Mill Lane in Cardiff, serving up creative cocktails, delicious food, warm hospitality, drinks packages, VIP bookings, a stunning gin garden and two DJs over two floors to make your night special!

Peppermint is part of an independent hospitality company that owns and operates multiple bar and restaurant venues across Cardiff and Swansea. Founded in 2010, we've built on our combined knowledge and creativity to launch several successful bars and restaurants: BrewStone, Bambu, Peppermint and Frango which are some of the most popular and unique venues in South Wales, as well as ventures in property management, security and cleaning.

Our Team

CHG are looking to expand their superstar team with an outgoing front of house team who are hard-working, fun-loving, enthusiastic and sociable who thrive when working as part of a team in a busy environment.

We're looking for individuals who bring fun energy to the team and aren't afraid of a little hard work. Our team will not only be friendly, outgoing and confident, they will be well presented and well spoken. Individuals must provide an excellent guest drinking experience and be able to provide classic and innovative drinks exceeding guests' needs and expectations. Most importantly you must be willing to have a great time with our guests and learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendationsCheck customers' identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking ageServe drinks to customer specification to customers in a friendly and helpful mannerStay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experienceEnsure all products are served according to specsFollowing correct bar operating proceduresAdhere to strict cleanliness guidelines and health & safety proceduresHave a general awareness of Health and Safety in relation to all tasks and activities undertakenBe fully conversant with the Company hygiene policy
