The Role:

As a Bartender at The Welsh House, Carmarthen, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional bar experience to our guests. Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and beers. Providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all health and safety standards are met. Managing bar inventory, restocking supplies, and assisting with stock orders. Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner. Assisting with the development and promotion of new drink menus and specials. Collaborating with colleagues to deliver seamless service and uphold our reputation for exceptional hospitality.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not mandatory, the following attributes would be advantageous:

Passion for Welsh culture and hospitality. Previous experience as a bartender in a busy bar or restaurant setting. Knowledge of a wide range of beverages and cocktail preparation techniques. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively. Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic hospitality setting.
