Summary

We are seeking a passionate Bartender to join our dynamic team at Talbooth Restaurant. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing our guests' experience through your expertise in mixology and beverage service.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including equipment and supplies. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Collaborate with other team members to create a welcoming atmosphere. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed. Stay updated on drink trends and menu offerings to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage preparation, and food safety standards. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions are preferred.
