Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques advantageous but not required. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing transactions efficiently. Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. A passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
