We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at our establishment.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and assistance as needed. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to enhance the overall dining experience for guests. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies when necessary.

Experience

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential. Strong understanding of food safety practices is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. A passion for customer service and the ability to work well under pressure. Basic maths skills for handling cash and making change accurately.
