To provide bar service within the Hotel, and ensure that customers are served promptly & courteously, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, and at all times in line with hygiene and safety regulations; that all customers who visit or contact the hotel or use the facilities have their expectations met and exceeded; to work as part of the wider hotel team to promote a positive image of the Hotel at all times.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Service
? Service of beverages within Lock & Quay bar & Shipquay Restaurant
? Ensure cash procedures are adhered to strictly
? Ensure Hotel security is maintained
? Report and liaise regularly with Bar/ Food and Beverage Manager a or
? Assist with service in other areas of the hotel as requested
? Carry out any other reasonable request asked of you
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
? Previous experience (1+ year bartending)
