Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers in a friendly, positive manner. Maintain standards of the venue and cleanliness. Process transactions accurately using the till system. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
Requirements:
Previous hospitality experience is essential; further training will be provided. A passion for creating great experiences for customers. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Team player with a positive attitude. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
