Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Adhere to safety regulations, ensuring all drinks are prepared in a hygienic manner. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Stay informed about new drink trends and menu items to enhance guest experience.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, showcasing your understanding of the hospitality industry. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
