Bartender Duties

Prepare and serve beverages

- Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers while ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.

Provide excellent customer service

- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner,taking orders accurately and making recommendations based on preferences.

Maintain bar cleanliness and stock levels

- Keep the bar area clean,organized,and well-stocked with ingredients,glassware,and supplies.

Follow licensing and safety regulations

- Ensure responsible alcohol service,check IDs where required,and comply with health and safety standards.

Handle transactions and cash management

- Process payments efficiently,operate the till system,and manage tabs or receipts accurately.

Required Skills

Mixology and drink preparation

- Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails,spirits,beer,and wine,with the ability to craft high-quality drinks.

Customer service and communication

- Friendly,approachable,and able to engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Multitasking and time management

- Ability to handle multiple orders efficiently,especially during busy periods,while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Teamwork and collaboration -

Ability to work effectively with colleagues,including servers and kitchen staff,to ensure smooth service and a great customer experience.
