We're on the lookout for friendly, experienced
Bartenders
to join the team at our brand new cafe and restaurant inEdinburgh
.This is a
full-time
role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about excellent service and making high-quality drinks.What You'll Do:
Support the team with the day-to-day running of the venue Be a presence on the bar and always available to the guests Take drink orders, make and run drinks Ensure consistent service standards and a warm, welcoming atmosphere Work independently on the outside bar (weather permitting)
What We're Looking For:
Experience
in a similar role isrequired
Confidence in preparing high-quality cocktails, drinks and spritzes Positive, proactive attitude and a genuine love of hospitality Organised, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced cafe environmentFull time hours
Looking for candidates who are able to start immediately and hit the ground running.
Competitive hourly rate (depending on experience)
