Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Falcon Manor.

As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests while crafting a variety of beverages.

Your expertise in bartending and your passion for hospitality will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers returning.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring their needs are met promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring all orders are processed efficiently. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management, including ordering supplies when necessary. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure timely service without compromising quality.

Experience

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, cocktail recipes, and food safety standards. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently while maintaining high service standards. A friendly disposition with the ability to engage positively with customers and create an inviting atmosphere.
