The Nest by Giddy Goose, is a completely new brand looking to offer those of Forfar and surrounding a new and memorable experience on each visit. Serving brunch, lunch and dinner 7 days a week.

Overview

The Nest by Giddy Goose is a newly branded and exciting establishment in Forfar, looking for a Bartender to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service as well as proven experience in cocktail making, barista work and creating soft drinks within a fast paced environment. Experience within the hospitality industry is essential.

We are looking for the right person who can work with us in running our late night drinking environment as well as supporting brunch, lunch and dinner service to run smoothly.

Candidates must have a can do attitude, trustworthy and be very friendly. We are looking for individuals who have a bright and bubbly personality and who are capable of working well within a team and thriving on their own.

Duties Include:

- Working on the bar making cocktails, a mixture of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as hot drinks to a high quality and at a fast pace.

- Keeping the bar to a high standard of cleanliness.

- Working on the floor during brunch, lunch and evening services when required.

- Following start and end of day procedures efficiently.

- Keeping track of stock shortages and informing management when required.

- Interacting with customers in a friendly manner to increase customer satisfaction.

Training will be available, however candidates who already have a good level of training on the above will be more desirable. Ideal candidates must have flexible working hours and are able to work weekends.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
