Job Description

The Cliff Hotel & Spa wish to recruit Bartenders to their team of Food & Beverage Staff. Those appointed will be working in The Point Bar & Lounge, the Carreg Bar and Island Bar.

We are looking for friendly, efficient and reliable Bartenders to assist us in providing an excellent service to our guests. Experience of bar work, and in the preparation of cocktails would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given. You may also be required to support other sections within our Food & Beverage Department. Good knowledge and an interest in food and wine would be advantageous.

Due to the nature of the job, with regard to working with alcohol, applicants must be 18 years old or over. Having your own transport, or the ability to access lifts, would also be advantageous as evening shifts could finish late at night.

Must be available to work over the Christmas period.

The hourly salary for this post is above the current National Minimum and National Living Wage rates. The hourly salary noted for this post (starting at 12.35 an hour) is based on applicants being aged 21 years or over. Please note that if the successful applicant is younger the hourly rate may be less.
