Job Overview

As a Bartender at Efes Mangal, you'll be at the heart of the action - preparing high-quality drinks, engaging with guests, and helping create a vibrant atmosphere. This is a great opportunity for someone with energy, creativity, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a range of drinks including cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic options Ensure consistent drink quality and presentation Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive service to guests at the bar and restaurant Keep the bar area clean, organised, and fully stocked Handle payments and follow cash handling procedures Assist with restocking, deliveries, and maintaining stock levels Follow hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations Support the wider team during busy shifts

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant or bar Confident in cocktail preparation and drink presentation Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and great communication skills Organised, reliable, and a true team player Able to stay calm and focused under pressure Flexible and available to work evenings and weekends
