Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for crafting a wide range of beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with established recipes and standards. Engage with guests, providing recommendations and ensuring their needs are met promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.

Requirements

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, bartending techniques, and food safety practices. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
