We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organised bar area.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and responding to inquiries about drink options. Manage inventory by tracking supplies and placing orders as necessary. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when required. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper till management. Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards.

Skills

Proficient in bartending techniques with a solid understanding of drink recipes. Strong knowledge of food safety practices relevant to the hospitality industry. Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume service periods effectively. Exceptional hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing inventory accurately. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated during quieter periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.20-14.28 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 45 per week
