We're now looking for a Full-Time Bartender to join our senior team.

Dove opened its doors in January 2025 in the heart of Notting Hill, taking over the former Orasay site. Led by renowned chef and restaurateur Jackson Boxer, Dove is a warm and welcoming neighbourhood restaurant with a strong focus on seasonal, produce-led cuisine.

This is a service-led position with dedicated administrative responsibilities to help maintain high standards and smooth operations. Key responsibilities include:

Weekly cocktail preparation and bar mise en place Stock management and ordering Supporting and leading team training sessions Maintaining bar organisation and cleanliness Monitoring and maintaining margins and GP targets Assisting with bar admin and reporting Supporting regular stock takes Ensuring efficient, professional bar service during service Driving drink sales and enhancing the guest experience Collaborating with the wider management team to improve daily operations
We're looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, takes pride in their work, and is eager to contribute to a positive, motivated team culture.

Ideal Candidate:



- Natural authority and leading by example attitude.

- A minimum of two year experience as Bartender, best in a similar environment.

- a good understanding in wine/ best WSET level 2 or 3, but not mandatory. But at least the interest in wine and will to grow.

- A desire to learn and grow with us as a company

- A love of hospitality and working busy service

- This position is full time 49hours/week (38k/year). Happy to discuss less hours, hourly 15.
