A place of escape, bursting with wildflowers, olive and mulberry trees, grassy lawns and hidden nooks. An Art Deco gem created in 1938, The Roof Gardens has a legendary legacy. The Roof Gardens' community is united by open-mindedness, optimism and kindness, not defined by background.

The Role

We're seeking a confident and charismatic Bartender to join the vibrant front of house team at The Roof Gardens. As a warm and professional presence, you'll become a familiar face to our members, ensuring their experience is seamless, welcoming, and memorable from beginning to end.

Key Responsibilities:

Previous experience as a Bartender in the luxury hospitality market Manage the day-to day bar operations as directed by the Bars Manager including pre-service set up and maintaining a clean, well-stocked bar at all times Prepare and serve drinks to members and guests according to club recipes, ensuring immaculate presentation and prompt service Deliver outstanding customer service by warmly greeting members, offering knowledgeable menu recommendations, and addressing beverage-related queries Accurately process payments in line with company procedures Work collaboratively with other departments and remain flexible during service to ensure smooth operations Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
