We are on a mission to prove that a top quality pub & restaurant doesn't need to cost the earth. Our long term aim is to be carbon negative, but we need the help of passionate humans who truly care about the planet, themselves and others.

We work with environmentally mindful farmers and are stocking sustainably sourced wines and spirits. Our furniture, crockery and glassware is reclaimed, our electricity is green and we are composting our food waste on site using Doug The Destroyer, our back-yard composting machine.

We are looking for a passionate Bartender who can help us elevate the wet offering at The Pigs Head.

You must:

We are looking for a professional individual who is as passionate about great service and fantastic cocktails as we are. You will have at least basic knowledge of wines and cocktails with a minimum of one years experience behind the bar. Knowledge of classic cocktails is a must! Our current cocktails are pre-batched and easy to build, but we are hoping to build on this with the right team in place. Our aim is to have an extensive sustainable cocktail menu and drinks list, so are looking for the right person to help us get there.

Job Type: Full-time/Part-Time

Salary: 13.91 per hour (inc. tronc)
