We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of beverages while providing exceptional customer service in a lively environment. Your role will be crucial in creating an enjoyable atmosphere for our patrons, ensuring they have a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

Experience in Making cocktails and showing of to our Guests. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash and card transactions accurately, ensuring proper accounting for all sales. Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Uphold food safety standards and maintain a clean working environment at all times.

Qualifications

Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, bartending techniques, and food safety practices. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills accurately. Excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during busy periods. A friendly and approachable demeanour with a passion for providing outstanding hospitality. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
