We're on the lookout for a talented, enthusiastic, and guest-focused Bartender to join our award-winning team at Lyaness, located within the iconic Sea Containers London.
Led by the pioneering Mr Lyan and known globally for pushing the boundaries of cocktail culture, Lyaness is not your average bar. We don't just serve drinks -- we create experiences, champion innovation, and tell stories through flavour.

What You'll Be DoingCreating and serving world-class cocktails with creativity, flair, and precision Delivering warm, engaging, and memorable service to every guest Maintaining an exceptional knowledge of our menu, ingredients, and bespoke Lyaness techniques Assisting with mise en place, stock rotation, and maintaining cleanliness to the highest standards Working closely with the team to deliver an efficient, fun, and seamless bar experience Being an ambassador for the Lyaness brand, inside and outside the venue

Salary: 12.50 p/h + tronc
