Up to 40,000 per year (Base Salary of 32,549 with an approximate service charge of 7,500 per year)

We have an exciting opportunity to join our spectacular team at Mount St Restaurant. Located on the first floor of The Audley, Mayfair.


As a bartender you'll be someone who oozes passion and commitment in giving exceptional service and creating amazing drinks which leaves magical impression for our guests.

About Mount St Restaurant

Mount St. Restaurant is a modern British London restaurant, located on the first floor of iconic Mayfair landmark The Audley, bringing together food and drink, craftsmanship and culture.

Designed by Studio Laplace, headed by Christophe Comoy and Luis Laplace, Mount St. Restaurant integrates architecture, art and design, while allowing the site-specific artists' commissions to take centre stage. Over 200 pieces of art feature throughout Mount St. Restaurant, including works by Andy Warhol, Henri Matisse, Lucian Freud, Philip Guston, Peter Fischli and David Weiss.

Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the menu is inspired by the capital's culinary history with some traditional, albeit updated, London classics.

Executive Chef Jamie Shears works closely with farmers, growers and makers to secure the freshest British produce from around the UK, including beef and lamb from Durslade, our farm in Somerset.
