Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong ability to create an enjoyable experience for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, managing the bar area, and ensuring that all patrons receive exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and taking orders in a friendly manner. Manage inventory by restocking supplies and keeping track of drink orders. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and assist in food preparation when necessary. Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving drinks.

Requirements

Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant industry is preferred. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and hospitality. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and drink measurements. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain a safe working environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.

Pay: 14.00-16.00 per hour
