Bartender Requirements:
o Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred
o Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation
o Exceptional listening and communication skills
o Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
o Availability to work around peak hours, including evenings, late mornings, weekends, and holidays
o A polite, engaging personality
o Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
o Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment
