BAR REMO

- Bartender

Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages (including coffees and/or teas) for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Cleaning and restocking bar inventory and supplies, emptying trash and Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls 8 shifts per week adding up to 47 hours per week

Bartender Requirements:

o Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred o Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation o Exceptional listening and communication skills o Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods o Availability to work around peak hours, including evenings, late mornings, weekends, and holidays o A polite, engaging personality o Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence o Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay: 34,216.00 per year (starting salary)
