STK Restaurant

Salary up to

18.00 per hour including Tronc

Mission:

Prepare and serve drinks and cocktails to the outlet's customers in compliance with the service manuals and the correct management of the counter.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Assume 100% responsibility for quality guests' experience.

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the bar standard drink recipes. Prepare garnishes for drinks and replenish snacks when needed. Present drink menus, make specific recommendations and answer questions regarding food & beverages.

Record drink orders accurately and immediately after receipt into the register system.

Wash and sterilise glassware.

Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages.

Carry out total control and daily inventory of crockery, glassware, cutlery, table linen, table centrepieces, decorations.

Monitor the status of their menus, wine lists, promotions.

Ensure compliance with their outlet's opening and closing checklist.

What we are looking for:

Previous experience as Bartender. Fluent in English. Other languages would be a plus. Organised and able to react quickly

The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
