We are looking for an experienced and passionate

Bartender

to join our talented team. As part of the front-of-house operation, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service at the bar, creating memorable guest experiences, and showcasing your expertise in spirits, wines, and cocktails.

Role Overview

As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for preparing high-quality drinks, engaging warmly with guests, and contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of the restaurant. You'll combine creativity and technical skill with a passion for hospitality, ensuring every drink served meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Drink Preparation

: Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages to an exceptional standard.

Guest Experience

: Engage with guests in a warm, professional manner, offering recommendations and creating a welcoming bar environment.

Cocktail Expertise

: Showcase your knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, suggesting pairings to complement the menu.

Stock Management

: Maintain and replenish bar stock, ensuring correct storage and rotation.

Bar Setup & Close Down

: Ensure the bar is fully prepared ahead of service and properly closed down at the end of the shift.

Quality & Consistency

: Maintain high standards of presentation and flavour in every drink served.

Efficiency Under Pressure

: Work quickly and effectively during busy service periods without compromising quality.

Compliance

: Follow licensing laws, health and safety procedures, and hygiene standards at all times.

Team Collaboration

: Support colleagues across the floor and work closely with the FOH and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.

Cash Handling

: Accurately process guest payments when required.

Ideal Candidate

Experience

: Proven background as a bartender in a premium bar, restaurant, or high-volume setting.

Cocktail Knowledge

: Strong understanding of spirits, wines, beers, and both classic and modern cocktails.

Hospitality Focused

: Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences with a warm, approachable style.

Efficiency

: Confident working under pressure and managing multiple orders simultaneously.

Attention to Detail

: Committed to maintaining high standards of drink presentation and bar cleanliness.
