We are recruiting for a passionate and driven Bartender to join the pre-opening team of what's set to become one of Hoxton's most talked-about culinary destinations in 2025.
Located on the 25th floor of the stunning art'otel London Hoxton, this new restaurant led by Michelin-Starred Chef Kenny Atkinson features a 70-cover dining space and a 110-cover cocktail bar, offering breathtaking 360 panoramic views of London's skyline.
The menu celebrates the vibrant flavours of Southern French and Mediterranean cuisine - sunshine food for the soul.
As our Bartender, you will receive:

• Salary: It is anticipated you will receive from 13.04 (minimum contracted rate) to 15.50 (rate inclusive of TRONC) per hour worked, inclusive of an independently administered TRONC allowance

We are looking for our Bartender, who:

• Responds quickly to take orders and meticulously prepares drinks
• Ensures our bar runs a smooth service that makes our guests want to return
• Is passionate about exceeding guests' expectations
• Shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment, Care
• Has previous Cocktail-making/Mixology/Bartender experience
