Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, while ensuring compliance with all relevant food safety and alcohol service regulations.

Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Ensure accuracy in measuring ingredients and following recipes to maintain consistency in drink quality
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils
- Engage with customers to provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and address any concerns or issues
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and alcohol service regulations to ensure the safety of our guests

Experience:
- Previous experience working as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of various types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink preparation techniques
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency
- Basic math skills for accurately calculating bills, handling cash transactions, and providing change
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
