We arecurrently recruiting for a Bartender forour Peter Street Kitchen Restaurant and Bar, located within our 5 Star The Edwardian Manchester, Luxury Collection Hotel.
Overview:

• An amazing opportunity to join Edwardian Hotels at our exclusive PeterStreet Restaurant as a Bartender, this is located within our 5 Star Edwardian Manchester Hotel.
• You will be working a fast-paced operation where service and standardsare the forefront of the Peter Street Kitchen and our brand standards.
• Becompetent with IT applications such as Open table, Adecco and Micros Is able toachieve a 100% pass mark in Micro\'s competency tests.

• Previousbar tender experience of working in a high-end liquor led bar operation and cocktailexperience is essential for this role.
• Demonstratesexcellent, attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Impeccablecommand of the English language both written and spoken.
• Passionfor food and beverage and keeping up to date with latest liquor and foodtrends.
