We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills during service. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure the bar is well-stocked at all times. Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality, addressing any customer concerns promptly and effectively.

Experience

Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is essential (min 5 years)

Familiarity with bartending techniques and beverage preparation A strong understanding of food safety practices is beneficial to maintain health standards within the bar environment. Excellent time management skills are essential to handle busy shifts effectively while providing outstanding service. A friendly demeanour and willingness to help others are crucial traits for success in this role.
