Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a crucial part of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring exceptional service standards. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and possess a passion for food and customer service.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and hospitable experience. Preparation of drinks for our guests. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glass wash, till are and bar tables. Handle cash transactions and process payments in a timely manner. Support Waiting duties when required. Assist with catering events as needed, providing excellent service to guests throughout the event.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. A team player who can work collaboratively in a busy setting. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
