As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while expertly crafting beverages and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored. Engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service to enhance their experience. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments. Monitor guest consumption levels and adhere to responsible serving practices. Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service protocols. Stay updated on new drink recipes, trends in the industry, and food safety regulations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members. A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service in a restaurant or bar setting.
