We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure all guests are attended to promptly. Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends in the industry, and seasonal offerings.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting 1 year minimum is preferred. Strong hospitality skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous. Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: 12.21 per hour
