We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of beverages, ensuring food safety standards are met, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. Your ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks will be essential in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible serving practices Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and customer service standards

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management Excellent time management abilities to efficiently handle busy periods A passion for serving others and creating memorable experiences for guests

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
