We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and experienced

Bartender

to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for mixology, takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is more than just serving drinks -- you'll play an active part in

crafting new cocktails, assisting in menu development, and maintaining top-tier quality standards

behind the bar.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and customer preferences. Collaborate with the team to design seasonal and signature drink menus. Monitor and maintain quality control for all bar products, including ingredients, garnishes, and drink presentation. Ensure consistent and high-quality customer service with every interaction. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, complying with health and safety regulations. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and products. Train and mentor junior staff as needed.

Required Experience & Skills:

Proven bartending experience (4+ years preferred). Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine. Demonstrated ability in drink preparation, including garnishing and presentation. Experience contributing to or creating bar menus. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Nice to Have:

Mixology or bar training certification. Previous experience in a supervisory or lead bartender role. Familiarity with inventory management systems and POS software.
