Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar team and general assistant to join our complex team in bar, pizza, chip shop, grocery shop. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests while creating a welcoming atmosphere. Subsidised accommodation on site for the season is available.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Engage with customers, taking orders efficiently and providing recommendations when needed. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Assist in restocking supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Skills

Previous experience in bartending or food retail environments is highly desirable. Strong hospitality skills, with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing payments effectively. Effective time management abilities to handle busy shifts efficiently. Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is an advantage. A friendly demeanour with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
