Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender experience floor staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for cocktails crafting drinks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the bar area is well-maintained. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the overall atmosphere of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve all cocktails & alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide attentive and friendly service to all patrons, ensuring their needs are met promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times. Engage with customers to create a welcoming environment, offering recommendations when needed. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper accounting of sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods.

Experience

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred. Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and drink measurements. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. A friendly disposition with excellent communication skills, enabling you to connect with customers effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-14.50 per hour
