Job Overview:

We are looking for a friendly and dependable bartender to join our team for 4-12 hours a week manly at weekends. As a bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Bartending:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests with a focus on quality and consistency.

Opening and Closing:

Responsible for opening and closing the bar, including setting up the station and ensuring the space is secure at the end of the night.

Cleaning:

Perform general cleaning duties such as washing glassware, sanitizing the bar area, and maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the bar, including floors, counters, and storage.

Cellar Upkeep:

Ensure the cellar is stocked and organized, including maintaining inventory of beer, wine, spirits, and other necessary supplies.

Collaboration:

Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service, including timing of food and drink orders and accommodating special requests from guests.

Customer Service:

Greet guests in a friendly manner, take drink orders, and ensure a positive experience throughout their visit.

Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels and communicate any supply needs to management.

Compliance:

Follow all safety regulations, including checking IDs for alcohol service and adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred, but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of drink preparation, cocktail recipes, and basic bartending techniques. Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of handling both opening and closing duties. Ability to work collaboratively with a team, including kitchen staff. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Pay: Up to 12.25 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 12 per week
