Cocktail Bartenders

to join the opening team at

The Woodman at Clent

. Specializing in freshly prepared food, premium sharing steaks, and expertly crafted drinks, we're creating a venue where quality, style, and service come first.

About the Role:

As a Cocktail Bartender, you'll be the face behind the bar, delivering consistent, high-quality drinks with style and precision. You'll bring our cocktail menu to life, maintaining the highest standards of presentation, taste, and service, while helping to create a warm and lively atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve cocktails and drinks to the highest standards, following established recipes Deliver exceptional guest service with energy, confidence, and professionalism Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar at all times Support with daily stock checks and assist in managing wastage and cost control Uphold all licensing, health, and safety regulations Assist with cocktail development ideas for seasonal specials and events Work closely with the Bar Manager and wider team to create memorable guest experiences

About You:

Previous cocktail bar experience in a quality hospitality environment Confident in classic techniques and modern cocktail styles Passionate about drinks, service, and creating a great atmosphere High attention to detail and a love for delivering consistency Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a busy environment A positive attitude and a true team player
