Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of bartending techniques. You will be responsible for creating an enjoyable experience for our guests by serving beverages and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Manage inventory of bar supplies, including ordering and restocking as necessary. Engage with customers, taking orders, answering questions, and providing recommendations to enhance their experience. Demonstrate effective time management skills to ensure timely service during busy periods. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations within the restaurant. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills for billing purposes.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour. Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. A genuine passion for helping others and providing exceptional service to guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
