We are looking for a hospitality career-focused individual to provide a Peppermint guest drinking experience to our drinks lovers. Our bartenders enjoy plenty of freedom for experimentation in order to innovatively develop our beverage programme, be fully responsible for the creative side of the business, along with ensuring standards are kept high. At Peppermint we proudly offer homemade ingredients and premium spirits, wines and beers.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience as a cocktail bartender, very good knowledge of classics and contemporary cocktails and very quick hands as we are an extremely high volume venue. Most importantly you must be willing to have a great time with our customers and learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
Check customers' identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
Serve drinks to customer specification to customers in a friendly and helpful manner
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Ensure all products are served according to specs
Following correct bar operating procedures
Adhere to strict cleanliness guidelines and health & safety procedures
Have a general awareness of Health and Safety in relation to all tasks and activities undertaken
Be fully conversant with the Company hygiene policy
