The Role

Bambu are looking to expand their superstar team with outgoing team members who are hard-working, fun-loving, enthusiastic and sociable who thrive when working as part of a team in a busy environment.

We're looking for individuals who bring fun energy to the team and aren't afraid of a little hard work. We want to provide our guests with the best Wind Street experience by creating memories that will last them a lifetime!

Your Responsibilities

Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
Check customers' identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
Serve drinks to customer specification to customers in a friendly and helpful manner
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Ensure all products are served according to specs
Following correct bar operating procedures
Adhere to strict cleanliness guidelines and health & safety procedures
Have a general awareness of Health and Safety in relation to all tasks and activities undertaken
Be fully conversant with the Company hygiene policy
