The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Bartender to join our team. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer, preparing and serving drinks efficiently and professionally, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar area. Experience within a bar role or similar is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Greet and interact with guests in a warm, confident and professional manner. Take accurate orders and process payments efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, including stock rotation and restocking supplies. Follow all licensing laws, health & safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Assist with bar setup and breakdown for events. Work collaboratively with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service. Handle guest queries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.

Skills & Experience:

Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks. A team player with a proactive and professional approach. Must be 18+ (in accordance with alcohol licensing laws).

Pay & Benefits:
