As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests as well as maintaining a clean and tidy bar. Your tasks as Bartender will include but will not be limited to:


Interact with guests, present menus, take orders and make recommendations and serve snacks and drinks Make sure the bar is set up and closed down accurately and on time; cleaned, restocked, garnishes and all mise en place prepared and ready on time. To provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests in order to reflect the Nobu standards. Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the bar menu, including the beer, wine, sake and cocktail list. To feel empowered to make a decision that will enhance the guest experience or defuse any complaints which may arise. To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.
