We are seeking a motivated and energetic

Barback

to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will support bartenders by ensuring the bar area remains well-stocked, clean, and organised, contributing to a seamless guest experience. Duties

Restock bar supplies including spirits, mixers, glassware, and garnishes throughout shifts Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping surfaces and disposing of waste appropriately Assist bartenders in preparing ingredients and garnishes for drink service Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times Support with setting up and breaking down the bar before and after service Serve guests when required, providing friendly and efficient customer service Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to management promptly Assist in maintaining a safe environment by adhering to health and safety regulations

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or food service is desirable but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Knowledge of food safety standards within a hospitality setting Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities Basic maths skills for handling stock counts and transactions Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods Good communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanour Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or public holidays as required

Pay: 11.00-13.00 per hour
