Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, skilled Bartender/Barista who can confidently manage both coffee preparation and bar service. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Bar Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests Manage bar inventory, restocking and reporting shortages Follow licensing laws and ensure responsible alcohol service Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
Barista Duties

Prepare high-quality coffees, teas, and specialty drinks Operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station Provide quick, friendly counter service during busy periods Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and speed
General

Deliver warm, welcoming service aligned with our hospitality standards Maintain cleanliness following food safety and hygiene guidelines Work effectively with front-of-house and kitchen teams Handle customer requests and feedback professionally Support overall restaurant operations during peak times
Requirements

Previous experience as a bartender and/or barista Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and bar service Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask under pressure Strong attention to detail and presentation Valid right to work in the UK Cocktail-making skills a strong advantage Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
