We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a keen interest in providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, maintaining a clean and organised bar area, and ensuring that customers have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes or customer preferences. Maintain an extensive knowledge of drink menus, ingredients, and preparation techniques. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times. Manage the bar area, including cleaning, restocking supplies, and maintaining equipment. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Assist in training new staff members as required.

Skills

Strong background in hospitality with excellent customer service skills. Proficient in basic maths for handling cash transactions and drink measurements. Knowledge of food safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing time effectively. Familiarity with bartending techniques and drink recipes is preferred. A positive attitude with the ability to help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
